Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the uplitegh.com website (the "Service") operated by UPLITE Ghana ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Purchases and Billing
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money), Direct Bank Transfers, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via our secure payment gateway.
Pricing and Taxes: All prices displayed are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include applicable standard taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location (within the 16 regions of Ghana).
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. Delivery and Fulfillment
We provide nationwide delivery across all 16 regions of Ghana. Delivery timeframes and costs depend on the selected shipping method and final destination. Once a package is dispatched to the courier, we will provide tracking information or contact details for the dispatch rider.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UPLITE Ghana and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
5. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
